He hopes it could be "anything" because if his former girlfriend really was pregnant, his life as it was could very well had been over in a snap
Well, a lot of things aren't "quite right" about what Alicia is saying. The main things being that boys "always try to wriggle out of it" (manipulated quite), and the fact that it's her baby and her's alone, and he has no say as to what happens to it until it is born.
Sam feels excruciatingly anxious. He has no idea what is going to happen when he finally tells Alicia's parents what is going on, and he is petrified by the mere thought of it. I have not felt like this int he recent years, but one time when I was 6 years old, I managed to topple my computer screen onto the keyboard and it broke. It was no big deal, we had many spares, however I was so scared of the consequences, that I did not even realize why I was freaking out. I guess Sam's situation was a lot different, since he knew EXACTLY why he was feeling the way he was.
1. The story is being told by Sam
2. This is told from a first-person perspective. First person = "I", Third person = "Sam"
3. Sam and Alicia
4. She wants to keep it
5. Because they are both responsible, except for the times when they're not (she decides)
6. Alicia wants for Sam and her to talk to her parents as soon as possible, whilst Sam wants to postpone the conversation indefinitely
7. They are going to wait for twenty-four hours
8. Sam was most worried about telling his mother, because everyone in his family already had broken her heart. He did not wish to be the last nail in the coffin for a dying family
9. Sam wants to see if there is a little man trying to force himself out of his chest, since his heart is beating so ferociously that it cannot be natural

05.11.2015 Multiculturalism
Task 1
I have visited many places wit different cultures, to give an example, Sicily. The main differences between Norway and Sicily are the driving regulations. In Norway there are pages upon pages talking about what you can and cannot do whilst in a car on the road. On the other hand, the Sicily government seems to have given up. The last time we were there, we had to wait for five minutes for an opening over the road. There is zero control, none at all. The only norm I noticed is that you always drive faster than the person behind you. The cars were not the issue, Sicily is not as rich as Norway, and not everyone can afford a car. Imagine this: fifty scooters trying to get through one bottleneck by bobbing and weaving past each other. It was maddening.
Sundbyfoss is honestly not very multicultural at all. It's a small place in the middle of nowhere, so there are basically no immigrants there.
There is way more immigration to Norway than emigration, because Norway's a rich country, why would you want to be anywhere else?
Task 2
1. Norwegian immigration has been going on since the conjugation of Norway around 900 a.d.. Norway has always been attractive to immigrants, whether it's because of our oil today or our fish and wood resources previously. Later, during the industrial revolution, Norway needed more professionals in the field. The professionals were majorly from Germany, and the industry in Kongsberg and Røros were made with their help. Ever since we found oil the immigration numbers have skyrocketed, and between 2002 and 2015 the numbers have doubled (approximate eyeballing by looking at this model https://www.ssb.no/befolkning/statistikker/innvbef ).
2. There are many more immigrants in Britain as compared to Noway, because they have throughout the last 60 years gotten immigrants from all over the world, from Jamaica to Eastern Europa. The immigrants that come to Norway normally go directly into the big cities such as Tønsberg and Oslo. Refugees from The Middle East immigrate a lot in today's world, however, there are also a lot of people looking for work.

"Who are the British", Writing 1
A day at the golf course
Top o' the morning to ye laddies, today I'm going tell the tale of the time I went golfing with uncle Scot!
It was a normal Scottish day, green as far as the eye could see, beams o' light shining down upon the land and rivers aplenty flowing throughout the horizon. Everything was going swell, 'till that little bugger of a leprechaun stole me nine iron! I think it might've had a personal vendetta against me, seeing as I found this wee little pot of gold the other day. We were both shocked, seeing as the leprechauns never come out during the day. While I'm on this topic, the whole myth of the leprechauns sitting with a pot o' gold at the end o' the rainbow is utter and complete nonsense. Firstly, the sun burns their skin, and they must therefore wear full body suits in order to be outside during the day. This becomes very uncomfortable, and even the thought of sitting outside an entire day is enough to make a leprechaun cower in fear. The second part o' this statement that should confuse the devil out o' anyone with half a brain, is why on Earth would they have their life savings out in the open like that? Not even that, but they're supposed to just give it away? Why, because you found 'em? All a bunch of smoke and mirrors, just a bunch of he said, she said, into the nth dimension.
Nevertheless, we never got a hold of the little bugger, however what we did find was his personal stash! It was right over there, by the seventh hole. We never got the chance to look in it, however it might've been in our best interests to not make enemies with the very essence of nature itself.
I swear that to this day, I can still hear him swinging at golf balls in the wee hours of the morning before the sun has come up, with my nine iron in one hand and a pot o' gold in the other.
(Disclaimer! The task told me to be creative, not realistic)
